The Pilates Standard (TPS) er en international Pilates-l\u00e6reruddannelse, der er forpligtet til at bevare og undervise i den autentiske, klassiske Pilates-metode, som den blev udviklet af Joseph Pilates.
TPS bygger p\u00e5 hans proteg\u00e9 Romana Kryzanowskas og vores grundl\u00e6gger Bob Liekens' arbejde og hylder det oprindelige system med pr\u00e6cision, dybde og respekt for dets historiske grundlag.<\/p>\n

Hos TPS tilbyder vi omfattende tr\u00e6ningsprogrammer i b\u00e5de Matwork og Apparatus (Comprehensive) uddannelse. Vores elever l\u00e6rer hele Pilates-systemet og integrerer b\u00e5de fysisk og mental beherskelse med en dyb forst\u00e5else af bev\u00e6gelse, anatomi og teknik.
TPS-l\u00e6rere er uddannet til at bruge alle redskaber baseret p\u00e5 Joseph Pilates' originale design, samtidig med at de bevarer metodens udstr\u00e6kning og genialitet.<\/p>\n

Vores l\u00e6seplan er struktureret omkring tre systemer, som hver is\u00e6r indeholder definerede niveauer og progressioner, der sikrer en klar og grundig l\u00e6ringsrejse.<\/p>\n

TPS blev grundlagt i 2012 og videref\u00f8rer Bob Liekens' mission - at bevare den klassiske metode uden at \u00e6ndre p\u00e5 det, der allerede virker, og at give hele arven videre til kommende generationer af pilatesinstrukt\u00f8rer.<\/p>\n
