The Pilates Standard (TPS) ist eine internationale Pilates-Lehrerschule, die sich der Bewahrung und Vermittlung der authentischen, klassischen Pilates-Methode verschrieben hat, wie sie von Joseph Pilates entwickelt wurde.
Aufbauend auf der Arbeit seines Sch\u00fctzlings Romana Kryzanowska und unseres Gr\u00fcndungsp\u00e4dagogen Bob Liekens, ehrt TPS das urspr\u00fcngliche System mit Pr\u00e4zision, Tiefe und Respekt f\u00fcr seine historischen Grundlagen.<\/p>\n

Bei TPS bieten wir umfassende Trainingsprogramme sowohl f\u00fcr die Arbeit auf der Matte als auch f\u00fcr die Ausbildung an den Ger\u00e4ten (Comprehensive) an. Unsere Auszubildenden erlernen das gesamte Pilates-System, indem sie sowohl k\u00f6rperliche als auch geistige F\u00e4higkeiten mit einem tiefen Verst\u00e4ndnis von Bewegung, Anatomie und Technik verbinden.
Die TPS-Lehrer sind darin geschult, alle Ger\u00e4te zu benutzen, die auf den urspr\u00fcnglichen Entw\u00fcrfen von Joseph Pilates basieren, und dabei die Weite und Brillanz der Methode zu erhalten.<\/p>\n

Unser Lehrplan ist in drei Systeme gegliedert, von denen jedes bestimmte Stufen und Progressionen enth\u00e4lt, die einen klaren und gr\u00fcndlichen Lernprozess gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n

TPS wurde 2012 gegr\u00fcndet und setzt die Mission von Bob Liekens fort, die klassische Methode zu bewahren, ohne zu ver\u00e4ndern, was bereits funktioniert, und das gesamte Erbe an k\u00fcnftige Generationen von Pilates-Trainern weiterzugeben.<\/p>\n
