His Inspiration (2hours): Where Joseph Pilates got his ideas from. Did he invent everything himself - or were there sources of inspiration? Go on a journey way back to Joseph Pilates’ time and discover the depth of his method. Composed and presented by Josephine von Zastrow from Lübeck Pilates Studio.

Teach it the old way - Archival Mat (3 hours): What Contrology is about. The 34 original mat exercises are the essence of Joseph Pilates’ work. Discover the differences compared to the ways they are taught today. And have a look at what Joseph Pilates wanted to achieve with these exercises. Composed and presented by Tony Rockoff from Powerhouse Hamburg.
