The Pilates Standard (TPS) is een internationale Pilates-lerarenopleiding, toegewijd aan het behouden en onderwijzen van de authentieke, klassieke Pilates-methode zoals ontwikkeld door Joseph Pilates.
Voortbouwend op het werk van zijn beschermelinge Romana Kryzanowska en onze oprichter, docent Bob Liekens, eert TPS het oorspronkelijke systeem met precisie, diepgang en respect voor de historische fundamenten.<\/p>\n

Bij TPS bieden we uitgebreide trainingsprogramma's in zowel Matwork als Apparatus (Comprehensive) onderwijs. Onze leerlingen leren het volledige Pilates-systeem en integreren zowel fysieke als mentale beheersing met een diepgaand begrip van beweging, anatomie en techniek.
TPS-docenten zijn opgeleid om alle apparaten te gebruiken die gebaseerd zijn op de originele ontwerpen van Joseph Pilates, terwijl de uitgebreidheid en briljantheid van de methode behouden blijft.<\/p>\n

Ons curriculum is gestructureerd rond drie systemen, elk met gedefinieerde niveaus en progressies, die zorgen voor een duidelijk en grondig leertraject.<\/p>\n

TPS werd opgericht in 2012 en zet de missie van Bob Liekens voort - de klassieke methode behouden zonder te veranderen wat al werkt, en de volledige nalatenschap doorgeven aan toekomstige generaties Pilates-instructeurs.<\/p>\n
