Josephine von Zastrow

Josephine von Zastrow is a passionate classical Pilates instructor based in Hannover, Germany. Initially trained in contemporary Pilates, she discovered classical Pilates in her search for deeper connection and understanding, completing her teacher training with Tony Rockoff and The Pilates Standard.

Josephine now teaches classical Pilates in her own studio while also working as a professional journalist and instructor at a journalism school
