Nora Gomez-Dears is the founder and director of Atelier Pilates, established in 2001. From 2001 to 2016, Atelier Pilates in Somerville, MA became a leading center for classical Pilates education, training hundreds of students across the U.S. and internationally through Power Pilates and Buff Bones programs.
After 15 successful years hosting renowned instructors such as Michelle Larsson, Lolita San Miguel, and Debora Kolwey, Nora has brought her expertise to Naples, Florida. At her new studio in North Naples, Nora offers private and semi-private sessions, developing customized programs focused on fitness, coordination, and injury prevention, ensuring each client reaches their personal goals through supervised, tailored training.
