Let’s bring the Cadillac and Tower to life—with springs and a fresh order! This energetic workshop explores exercises from the mat and reformer on the Cadillac and Tower, using springs to add feedback, support, and a whole new layer of fun.Designed for Pilates teachers, we’ll move through exercises that highlight how spring choices can energize the work, challenge control, and reveal connections you may not have felt before. Expect lots of movement, experimentation, and those feel-good “ohhh, that’s what that’s for!” moments.
