The intensive Mat program is 2 modules and one exam.

Ideal Mat

In Ideal Mat, you’ll expand your ability to teach clients of all ages and fitness levels. You’ll learn 8 additional exercises, how to integrate them into the Intro Mat sequence, and how to progress the entire sequence to the IDEAL level.

Intro Mat

Intro Mat lays the foundation for all our training programs. In this course, you’ll learn 21 introductory-level Mat exercises and get familiar with THE PILATES STANDARD teaching components – including our philosophy, teaching methods, and class structure. This module is essential for progressing in all future training.

Comprehensive

Comprehensive

The full vocabulary and apparatus program and includes a total of 450 – 600 apprentice hours. 3 check ups and one final exam, First timer/Intro – Challenge level, Anatomy & orthopedic fundamental.

Hvad er LEAP? - Learning Education Advancement Program (LEAP) er et 11-dages (2 moduler) efteruddannelsesprogram. De to moduler varer 5 dage, og den 11. dag er en online opsamlingsdag for eventuelle spørgsmål og gennemgang af øvelser. Denne dag vil ligge ca. to måneder efter afslutningen af LEAP-programmet.
