Intro Mat lays the foundation for all our training programs. In this course, you’ll learn 21 introductory-level Mat exercises and get familiar with THE PILATES STANDARD teaching components – including our philosophy, teaching methods, and class structure.

De to moduler varer 5 dage, og den 11. dag er en online opsamlingsdag for eventuelle spørgsmål og gennemgang af øvelser. Denne dag vil ligge ca. to måneder efter afslutningen af LEAP-programmet.
