Alexandra Edwards

Alexandra Daniels Edwards, NCPT®, is a second-generation classical Pilates instructor and teacher trainer with The Pilates Standard. 

Certified in 1996 under Romana Kryzanowska, she has taught in New York, Los Angeles, and now Carmel, California, where she runs her own studio, Monterey Bay Contrology.

Mentored by Bob Liekens, Alexandra completed his LEAP program in 2018 and continues to share the legacy of classical Pilates through her teaching and training.

Anna Ericson

Anna has worked as a naprapath for 20 years, specializing in women’s health and functional medicine. Since 2009, she has run Tullinge Hälsokälla and has over 15 years of experience teaching Pilates.

Anna is a Teacher Trainer for the international Pilates education program The Pilates Standard and also teaches within the MammaMage concept, focusing on postpartum recovery and core health.

Anna Eriksson

Anna is a Teacher Trainer for THE PILATES STANDARD since 2023. Based at Studiopilates in Helsingborg. She also works as a massage therapist and SPA practitioner with a Master’s in Nutrition and Healthcare and a background in dance and fitness.

Anna discovered Pilates through the fitness industry. Her classical journey began in 2009 with Petra Karlsson’s Mat program, and she has been committed to the method ever since. She brings a holistic, informed, and supportive approach to her teaching, blending movement expertise with deep care for each student’s progress.

Bernd Wohlfarth

Bernd Wohlfahrt is a sports therapist, fitness and personal trainer, and a multi-certified Pilates instructor.

He discovered the Pilates method during an extended stay in Australia and has been active as a presenter and educator since 2001 — first for The Pilates Coach, then Power Pilates, and now The Pilates Standard.

As a key member of POWERHOUSE Hamburg, Bernd inspires his students to achieve their highest potential, believing that classical Pilates is the safest and most effective path to a stronger, healthier body.

Bonnie Grove

Bonnie Grove is an NCPT® Certified Pilates Teacher and a Teacher Trainer for The Pilates Standard (TPS).Formerly a Senior Teacher certified by Power Pilates, Bonnie has over a decade of experience teaching and mentoring instructors across the East Coast and internationally, including in Seoul, South Korea.

After completing the LEAP program with Bob Liekens in 2018, she now leads continuing education workshops virtually and at TPS events throughout Europe. Based in Mesa, Arizona, Bonnie offers virtual private and group classes, known for her detailed, precise, and positive teaching style.

Camilla Ceruti

Camilla insegna Pilates dal 2009 ed è la titolare di Contrology Studio Area di Volo a Mantova, Italia. Ha iniziato il suo percorso di Pilates sotto la guida di Karine Cid a Verona, diplomandosi in Power Pilates, e successivamente ha incontrato Bob Liekens, che ha ospitato per uno dei suoi ultimi workshop nel 2018.

Con una formazione milanese in architettura e design e una carriera nella moda e nella grafica, il Pilates è diventato la sua vera passione.

Ispirata dai suoi mentori, Camilla è diventata Teacher Trainer di The Pilates Standard (TPS), spinta dal desiderio di trasmettere il suo amore per l'insegnamento e di ispirare la prossima generazione di istruttori.

Dora Klaus

Dora Klaus was born in Hungary and discovered her passion for movement at an early age through competitive swimming, gymnastics, and later basketball. Her lifelong interest in movement eventually led her to Yoga, Classical Pilates, GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS®.

Today, Dora is the owner of Living Yoga Pilates in Austria and has been teaching with great passion for over 20 years. She is dedicated to helping people discover their own abilities, build confidence in their bodies, and reach their full potential through mindful and intelligent movement.

As a Teacher Trainer with The Pilates Standard, Dora shares her extensive experience and deep understanding of movement with the next generation of Pilates teachers. Throughout her journey to becoming a Teacher Trainer, she was mentored for many years by Sandra Käfer, whose guidance and expertise had a profound influence on her professional development and teaching philosophy.

Evgenia Papadopoulou

Evgenia Papadopoulou is a Second Generation Certified Pilates Teacher, a Teacher Trainer with The Pilates Standard (TPS), and an NCPT® Certified Instructor.

With a background in classical ballet and modern dance, she discovered Pilates in 1990 and later trained under Romana Kryzanowska and Bob Liekens at the original Pilates Studio in New York, completing her certification in 1993.

Evgenia founded Corpus Ray Studio in Athens, one of Greece’s first classical Pilates studios, and has played a major role in the growth of the Pilates community in Greece, including serving as the first President of the Greek Pilates Association.
Today, she continues to educate future instructors through TPS, bringing decades of deep expertise, international training, and a passion for preserving the classical method
