E-Learning Workshops

Learn at your own pace, whenever and wherever it suits you.

Our E-Learning Workshops combine expert instruction with a simple certification process. Watch the workshop video, then complete a short assessment consisting of 10 questions based on the workshop content.

To successfully complete the workshop, you must achieve a minimum score of 70%. Once you have passed the assessment, your certificate will automatically be sent to your email.

 Certification Renewal & CEC Requirements

To maintain an active certification with The Pilates Standard, continuing education credits (CECs) are required every two years.

CEC Requirements

Matwork Certification

• 8 CECs every 2 years (max 3 elearning CEC)

Comprehensive Certification

• 15 CECs every 2 years (max 6 elearning CEC)

If you have completed multiple TPS programs, the requirement for the most comprehensive certification applies.

Elearning CEC Credits

TPS Live or Hybrid (Zoom) workshops

1 hour workshop = 1CEC (if taught by a TPS Teacher Trainer)

TPS Elearning workshops

1 hour workshop = 1CEC

A maximum of 3 CEC Matwork & 6 CEC Comprehensive per certificate renewal

Workshops by another organization

1 hour workshop taught by another approved organization = 0,5 CEC

For non-TPS workshops, please submit the workshop topic, presenter, and duration for approval prior to renewal.

When it is time to renew your certification, email:

Please include:

• Your full name
• Type of certification (Matwork or Comprehensive)

TPS workshop credits are automatically recorded in our system. For workshops completed through other organizations, please attach a Certificate of Completion (PDF).

Once your renewal has been approved, you will receive confirmation by email and a renewed certificate.
