Nicole de Bresser discovered her passion for Pilates in 2006 after completing her sports studies, international experience, and career as a business economist. She is the owner of Pilateswerk in Hamm, Germany.
Following her enthusiasm, she trained as a Classical Pilates Mat and Apparatus Instructor and began working as an independent trainer.Today, she is proud to share the Pilates Method with clients in her own studio.
