Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training Program

The Pilates Standard Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training Program is a complete education in the Classical Pilates Method, designed for students who want to master the full Pilates system and become confident, highly skilled instructors.

Over 9–18 months, or through an intensive training format, students gain hands-on experience with the complete Pilates repertoire and all classical apparatus, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs, Barrels, Ped-o-Pull, Magic Circle, and Matwork.

Through a combination of in-person training, mentorship, and apprenticeship hours, students progress through every level of the method—from First Timer and Intro to Ideal and Challenge—developing the knowledge, practical experience, and teaching skills required to work with clients of all ages and abilities.

Voraussetzungen

Applicants should have completed TPS Intro Matwork Training (or equivalent Matwork experience) and a minimum of 10 apparatus-based sessions at an approved Pilates studio.
