Because Pilates is a workout. To turn a Reformer session into a real workout, you need to increase the tempo. To increase the pace, you need to know every single detail that connects the exercises – the correct equipment scan, the most effective transitions, the right breathing technique. That's what this workshop is all about.
The workshop series consists of 3 parts. This is part 1 – with the classic sequence of Intro and Ideal Reformer. Knowledge of the exercises and sequences is required.
