Intro Mat lays the foundation for all our training programs. In this course, you’ll learn 21 introductory-level Mat exercises and get familiar with THE PILATES STANDARD teaching components – including our philosophy, teaching methods, and class structure.

I due moduli durano 5 giorni e l'11° giorno sarà un giorno di raccolta online per eventuali domande e revisione degli esercizi. Questo giorno sarà circa due mesi dopo il completamento del programma LEAP.
